who I am outside of art
My full name is Taylor Nicole Cobian I was born at Arcadia Methodist Hospital on May 7th 2000. I am a freshman in college at the University of Pacific in Stockton, California. My hometown is Rosemead, California in the San Gabriel Valley (Los Angeles area) and I have lived there my entire life. I live with both my parents and I have an older half brother. When I was 6 years old I started Tae Kwon Do. Throughout these years I have received many awards and earned my 3rd degree black belt when I was 14 years old, being one of the youngest to achieve this title in the studio I was taught in. I attended middle grammar and middle school at St. Luke's and attended high school at Ramona Convent Secondary School. I am a very friendly, adventurous and outgoing person. A few of my hobbies are binge watching Netflix shows, listening to music, collecting different seashells, traveling and spending quality time with my friends and family. My favorite TV show is Keeping Up With the Kardashians and a few of my favorite music artists are Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Drake, 6LACK and Post Malone. Lastly, a fun fact about me is that I do not like chocolate, unbelievable I know but I just see this as just something that makes me unique.

how I got interested
I have always found an interest in art and have always had a creative side to me that I never really invested in.  In 6th, 7th and 8th grade was a part of the school graphic design team where I began my journey as a graphic designer. In high school I took a photography, and a digital multimedia design class.  Taking these classes made me more interested in the concept of art and design.  Through designing and creation I feel free to express myself in ways I can't otherwise. Through art my imagination comes alive and my mind takes flight in whats to come next.
