What is Art?
a form of expression
Art shows creative ideas and a way of thinking and perception. Art gives us a sense of emotion and physical composition. Art ranges from all different types of activity and skill. It is a flourishing way of expertise in producing beautiful works that bring people acceptance, joy and peace. Art is appreciated for its way of displaying delightful skill and expertise. The idea of art is a method that seems to express an artists imagination depending on the methods used throughout the piece or work. There are many different types of art, audio, visual and performance. Through art I am somehow able to break out of my shell and express myself in a way that I can not in any other way. The concepts of art I am most interested in are digital graphics and music. Digital Graphics attract people to things, usually created or designed to be eye catching. Music is something I can not go a day without. It allows me to focus and just get in the zone and get work done. Music allows me to just be in my own head, and create new ideas. Listening to music is the main way I get my inspiration for my arts.
What is Design?

Design is the plan or way thought of having something constructed or produced. To design something artists must sketch out their ideas first in order to create their vision. Designers must form a layout and arrange things in a way that is aestheticly pleasing to the eye (at least in their eyes). When I think of the word “design” I think of personalization and imagination. Design for me seems to be the way I open myself up to the world and express my creativity. Design is a way that people can have their ideas come to life. The concept of design often includes a sort of arrangement and patterns that form an idea about the artists work. It is a way of describing a style of an artist’s work or way of works the artist produces. The beauty of design is that there are no rules. Artists are free to express themselves in any way they wish. There are no rules when it comes to design, everyone has their own vision and because of that there are millions of amazing designs that came to be due to people’s imaginative ideas, in the world today that are used in countless different ways. There are many different techniques that artists happen to approach and some people create their own.
What is Craft?
Craft is an art concept that is hard to explain. Craft is the art of making something and what the outcome of it is. Craft requires skill and concentration. Craft is the thinking of the process needed to make what is desired, the ideas that an artist comes up with before making their vision a reality. The art of craft is to plan, make and execute a result. To craft something takes a certain cleverness that only the artist will understand. Craft is the artistic ability to create an image or physical model of an idea or perspective. It is the capability to be able to create such mastery and genius. Craft is a production of development that shows technique, skill and dedication. There are many different techniques that artists can approach and some people go down their own path of ideas.
Creativity & Knowledge
Creativity lies in the minds of many people. Through creativity our mind takes the freedom to come up with something magnificent. It is a discovery of what our true potential could be. The process of education opens up the mind even more beyond its horizon. We must soon realize that it is okay to have an independent look on how to perceive things. Not everyone will understand our visions but that’s the beauty of our minds, constructive concepts and ideas that are amazing in the eyes of the beholder. Knowledge is our minds at work through education and learning. The mind allows us to develop what we think works for ourselves and our art. Creativity is not something that can be taught, it is deep in the minds of ourselves that only we can find within and develop our sense of how we can engage. The way things are emphasized developed and contrasted today have given us a larger outlook at what art and creativity could mean for us. Creativity and Knowledge correspond with one another because without knowledge of layouts and plans creativity does not function. The mind is what guides us to create.
